During the last 3 years it has been quite the roller coaster ride. Quick rapid growth for the first 6 months then the market collapsed. We picked ourselves up and just kept plugging along for the next year. Focusing on customer service we have noticed almost 75% of our new business is from referrals. This help us realize a 70% growth over last year and we are definitely feeling some growing pains. To continue to improve our image and improve our performance we will be rolling our a few new programs in 2011.
Starting with our crew we are going to completely overhaul our uniform. We're gonna get rid of those dirty, t-shirts and change into clean, neat and presentable embroidered gray polo shirts and tuck them into our neat and durable blue work shorts. For those employees that prefer a hat, we will have matching gray/blue mesh hats, thus keeping the uniform....well...uniform!
Next we will be implementing new procedures and bonus programs for our employees to reward those employees that go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure your move is the most perfect one. From start to finish we pride ourselves on our great communication and customer service. Rewarding employees who regularly get positive feedback from you the client will help keep Movegreen the preferred mover in Santa Barbara!
